Low Season Labor Day - June 14th $239.00/Night (plus tax) 2 Night Minimum *Additional fee of $35.00 per person, nightly after first 6 guests Cleaning fee of $75.00
High Season June 15th - Labor Day $359.00/Night (plus tax) *Additional fee of $35.00 per person, nightly after first 6 guests Cleaning fee of $100. No cleaning fee for seven or more night visits. Based on 6 or less people.
Pets are allowed in certain parts of the home only. Pet Fee of $20.00 per night per pet. Kayak rentals available (double and single) $20.00 daily, must be rented every day of your visit.
